Trey serves as Vice President with MG Realty Advisors. In this role he is responsible for dispositions of all product types. Through his knowledge and industry experience of 31 years, he is able to create value-added services for clients throughout the entire real estate process. Trey has been a real estate broker for over 31 years and has specialized in the management business for the past 18 years.
Prior to joining MG Realty Advisors in 2008, Trey served as Director of Operations for the CB Richard Ellis' Florida Multi-housing Group and was responsible for all aspects of the group's production and operational needs. As the Director of Operations, Trey assisted his team in successfully transacting over $5 billion in multifamily acquisitions and dispositions.
Trey brings practical experience from the management side of the multifamily industry, having worked with The Altman Companies where he served as Regional Director. He was responsible for investor relations, portfolio overhead performance, operations, and asset management. Prior to this, Trey service in senior operational and management roles for Contemporary Management Concepts, in Gainesville, Florida.
Additionally, Trey has served as a Sales Manager for a national multi-housing developer, Chairman for the Gainesville, Florida Fair Housing Board, and has successfully operated a separate design firm.
Trey received his Bachelor degree in Architecture, with further studies in Business. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida and a licensed Securities Broker (Series 22, 63).
Carolina is the Operations Manager for MG Realty Advisors. In this capacity, she is responsible for the day to day operations primarily focusing her time ensuring the seamless, profitable daily operation for her team. She is responsible for the operational oversight of all lines of business within the organization. This includes financial and budget analysis, marketing, human resources, and other related administrative functions.
Prior to joining MG Realty Advisors, Carolina worked for J.K. Marketing and Unitel Global for similar capacities.
Carolina holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Faculty of Medicine of University of Salvador, Bs As, and Argentina. She is fluent in both Spanish and English.
