RON KUBEA - Vice President

Ron Kubea is a Vice President with MG Realty Advisors. In this role he is responsible for dispositions of all product types. Through his knowledge and industry experience of 19 years, he is able to create value-added services for clients throughout the entire real estate process. Ron has personally been involved in approximately 90+ multi-family, land and office transactions in excess of $1.6 billion in consideration.
Prior to joining MG Realty Advisors Ron worked for ADEVCO INC., a real estate company specializing in investment property sales in Florida and Georgia concentrating on apartment properties and multi-family land sales. Prior to working at Adevco Inc. Ron was employed by CB Richard Ellis where he was among the top producers during his tenure.
Ron received his Bachelor degree of Political Sciences and Business from the University of Dayton. He is a licensed real estate sales associate in the State of Florida.
TREY CAUDELL - Vice President
Trey serves as Vice President with MG Realty Advisors. In this role he is responsible for dispositions of all product types. Through his knowledge and industry experience of 31 years, he is able to create value-added services for clients throughout the entire real estate process. Trey has been a real estate broker for over 31 years and has specialized in the management business for the past 18 years.
Prior to joining MG Realty Advisors in 2008, Trey served as Director of Operations for the CB Richard Ellis' Florida Multi-housing Group and was responsible for all aspects of the group's production and operational needs. As the Director of Operations, Trey assisted his team in successfully transacting over $5 billion in multifamily acquisitions and dispositions.
Trey brings practical experience from the management side of the multifamily industry, having worked with The Altman Companies where he served as Regional Director. He was responsible for investor relations, portfolio overhead performance, operations, and asset management. Prior to this, Trey service in senior operational and management roles for Contemporary Management Concepts, in Gainesville, Florida.
Additionally, Trey has served as a Sales Manager for a national multi-housing developer, Chairman for the Gainesville, Florida Fair Housing Board, and has successfully operated a separate design firm.
Trey received his Bachelor degree in Architecture, with further studies in Business. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida and a licensed Securities Broker (Series 22, 63).
Adam Abeln is a Senior Advisor and Financial Analyst for MG Realty Advisors. His current role involves the responsibility for the valuation and marketing of all dispositions. Prior to joining the MG Realty Advisors, Adam worked for CBRE Melody Capital Markets as a Real Estate Financial Analyst. Adam was responsible for the financial underwriting, market analysis, and strategic positioning of senior housing assets. During his tenure at CB Richard Ellis, Adam was involved in over $125M in transactions including disposition and refinancing of senior housing assets. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Adam was with Gulfshore Capital Partners where he worked as an analyst structuring capital solutions for underutilized assets.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with Honors from Florida Gulf Coast University. He is a licensed real estate sales associate in the State of Florida.
Kevin Belt is the research analyst for MG Realty Advisors. In this capacity he is responsible for the collection and analysis of market information, as well as providing statistical property and analytical reports to support MG Realty Advisors disposition efforts within the Southeast United States. Kevin works closley with numerous resources as well as outside vendors to ensure accurate market information.
Prior to joing MG Realty Advisors, Kevin studied at the University of Virginia, where he received his B.A. in Economics and Spanish.
