Massirman Group can advise on, and assist directly with, any or all aspects of the buying, selling, joint venture, leasing or financing process, including: evaluation of opportunities; development and/or review of financial and market analyses; transaction marketing; due diligence; and, contract negotiation.

For properties owned or controlled by the client, Massirman Group can evaluate property and market conditions to: identify existing or potential issues that might impact the value of the property or the financial or legal status of the property, its owners or lenders; assess the marketability of the property; develop potential re-positioning strategies; develop potential re-capitalization strategies; and, assist with loan modifications.

The Massirman Group team is also available for expert witness services, consulting on public hearing and other legal proceedings, and serving in the capacity of property receiver.
