Mr. Lipkin’s 8-year professional career has been dominated by commercial real estate since the
beginning. His institutional level training at top tier firms involved in real estate provided a solid
foundation for his active participation in analyzing and executing transactions and investment
opportunities.
Mr. Lipkin joined Mr. Kaplan at HFF's Miami office in 2005 and became one of the founding members
of the Olympian Capital team in 2006. Mr. Lipkin’s prior experience included serving as an Associate
with LNR Property, a diversified real estate and finance company, where he was involved in the
acquisition of non-investment grade commercial mortgage-backed securities ("CMBS"). Mr. Lipkin
also worked in the Loan Asset Management group where LNR acts as special servicer, utilizing his
underwriting and workout skills to enhance the performance and value of the firm’s securities. Mr.
Lipkin began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with the real estate advisory services group
of Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal in New York City providing advisory and support services to
institutional clients. He is a graduate of the University of Florida.
